The newly constructed Hangzhou Zhencheng Happiness Community project is positioned as a high-quality residential community, with clear requirements for building facade aesthetics and living comfort. The client desired a clean, modern look for the curtain wall of each building while ensuring a comfortable living experience for residents.
In the early stages of the project, the Etaifeng team was deeply involved in the design and communication of the curtain wall system. Considering the rich layering and different functional zones of the residential building facade, we specifically optimized the curtain wall's grid proportions, glass configuration, and opening methods. During the production and installation phases, Etaifeng leveraged its mature system curtain wall production line to customize the curtain wall components, strictly controlling processing accuracy and batch consistency to ensure smooth on-site installation. During construction, we worked closely with the on-site team to promptly resolve any issues, ensuring efficient coordination between the curtain wall project and the main construction. Upon completion, the overall facade presented a clean and uniform appearance, with transparent glass and smooth lines.
