The Kick-off Meeting of the Lean Management Project of Liaoning Etaifeng Company was grandly held.
In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, strengthen cost control, and ensure the sustainable development of the company, the company has decided to fully implement lean management. The Kick-off Meeting of the Lean Management Project of Liaoning Etaifeng Construction Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the Party Member Activity Room on the second floor of the company. More than 60 people participated in this meeting, including Han Yang, the chairman of the company, Kang Ying, the general manager, management cadres, and employees in Shenyang.

Lean management is a project that involves all employees and cannot be separated from the participation and support of leaders at all levels and all employees of the company. Responsibilities and goals need to be delegated to all levels of the organizational structure. At the kick-off meeting, Chairman Han Yang announced the appointments of the three-level organization of the lean management project. General Manager Kang Ying signed letters of responsibility with the project promotion group and the implementation group respectively.

It is believed that under the exemplary guidance of leaders at all levels of the company, all employees will surely be able to actively engage in lean improvement, continuously make progress, and enhance the overall level of the company. Teng Yue, the representative of the project implementation group, and Du Zhi, the representative of the promotion group, respectively expressed their understandings and feelings about lean management and their determination to engage in lean transformation. They also called on each employee to become a firm lean practitioner, conscientiously implement various improvement tasks, start from every little thing around them, keep learning, work together, persevere in improvement, and continuously strive to build the company into an industry leader without giving up.
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Han Yang shared with everyone the original intention of implementing lean management, deeply analyzed the existing problems and pain points of the company at present, and appealed to all employees to dare to make changes and actively seek improvements by means of lean management, bravely move forward on the path of lean management, create a scientific production site and high-standard customer satisfaction, and build an excellent team of employees and an outstanding enterprise.
