The construction materials of Shenyang MIXC mainly include stone, aluminum panels, and glass curtain walls. Developed by China Resources Land (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., and located in Heping District, Shenyang, the project was designed by RTKL International Co., Ltd. in collaboration with China CSCEC Design Group Co., Ltd. As the third large-scale shopping center built by China Resources Group in China, Shenyang MIXC advocates international consumption concepts and integrates brand retail, specialty dining, entertainment, leisure, cultural experiences, and other functions, making it the most exemplary large-scale comprehensive shopping center in Northeast China. Its exterior design features extensive use of large glass panels, while its interior structure is spacious and clean, reflecting the aesthetic and practicality of modern commercial architecture.
Liaoning E-Taifeng did the curtain wall project of Shenyang MIXC, including glass curtain wall, aluminum panel curtain walls and etc. The construction journey of Shenyang MIXC has been filled with innovation and transformation, witnessing the rise and evolution of Shenyang's commercial scene since its official opening on May 15, 2011. As the third MIXC under China Resources Land, its emergence introduced the true concept of a city complex to Shenyang.
