Nanjing Chengbei MixC, an exciting commercial complex in Yanziji area of Nanjing, was officially unveiled on December 15, 2023. Thanks to the careful planning and hard work of the E-Taifeng team, the curtain wall project has won wide acclaim for its exquisite design and high-quality construction, becoming another new landmark in Nanjing. With a total cost of 88.88 million yuan, this project is huge and complex. Although it has been facing challenges such as tight schedules and heavy tasks, the E-Taifeng team went all in and, after months of hard work and efficient execution, successfully achieved high-quality delivery on schedule.
The volume of this project is huge. The total consumption of profiles reaches 608 tons, the total consumption of steel is 500 tons, the total consumption of glass is 39,497 square meters, the total consumption of aluminum panels is 16,934 square meters, the total consumption of thermal insulation integrated panels is 9,984 square meters, and the total consumption of terracotta panels is 3,860 square meters. The selection of these materials not only ensures the structural stability of the building but also endows the project with unique appearance characteristics.
The Mixc in North Nanjing adopts diversified system designs. The office building as high as 200 meters adopts unitized glass curtain walls. For the commercial complex part, multiple forms such as framed glass curtain walls, glass skylights, open terracotta panel curtain walls, aluminum panel curtain walls, integrated panel curtain walls and louver grilles are used. These designs not only provide a beautiful appearance effect but also enhance the functionality and practicability of the building, creating a unique and diversified commercial environment.
