The installation of sealing tape should be flat and free of distortion, and the application of sealant should be even and continuous, with no breaks or bubbles, to ensure the sealing performance of the glass.
- Installation of hardware fittings: The installation of hardware fittings should be firm and reliable, and the screws should be tightened without loosening. Hinge, handle and other accessories should be installed in an accurate position, open and close should be flexible and free, no stagnation phenomenon. At the same time, attention should be paid to adjusting the tightness of the hardware to ensure the sealing of doors and windows and the use of security.
- Sealing treatment: the sealing performance of the system doors and windows is crucial, and the sealing treatment should be done in the installation process. Inspection after installation
- Performance test: After the installation is completed, the performance of the system doors and windows should be tested. Check whether the doors and windows open and close smoothly, whether the locks can lock and open normally, and whether the airtight performance, watertight performance and wind pressure resistance meet the design requirements. Simple methods can be used to make a preliminary judgement, such as checking the airtightness performance of doors and windows with a strip of paper or a lighter flame.
- Appearance check: check whether the appearance of doors and windows is neat and beautiful, whether the sealing rubber strip is flat and not exposed, and whether the hardware fittings are installed neatly and not damaged. At the same time, check whether the sealant between the doors and window and the wall is coated evenly and without cracks, and whether there are residual stains and debris on the surface of the doors and windows, etc. If there are any problems, they should be cleaned up and repaired in time.
